The Langlois Bridge is the subject of a very good Van Gogh painting. The bridge reminded him of his homeland in the Netherlands. You can easily bike to the bridge from Rue du Cloitre by crossing over the canal de navigation d’Arles à Bouc, biking along the canal’s edge, and turning on to Rue Gaspard Monge. The bridge will be on your left! There are many ways to get there, it is only about 2 km away, but seems farther because it’s outside of the city center. When you get to the bridge, you will see a clear sign for a bike trail that is called Via Rhone – this goes all the way to the beach for a longer track. Careful to not use your phone when biking, I fell a scraped my knee up.
